In a fishing lodge in rural Tilghman County, Georgia, two English men, Froggy and Charlie, arrive as guests.  The very shy Charlie doesn’t want to speak to anyone, so Froggy claims that Charlie cannot talk because he is from an exotic country and does not understand English. Residents at the lodge try to talk to Charlie, anyway. Due to his supposed lack of ability to understand English, Charlie soon discovers a dangerous plot against his new friends at the lodge and must quickly “learn” English to foil the plan.

The crazy cast consists is:
Matthew E. Bockus of Bolingbrook as The Reverend David Marshall Lee
Susan Bova of Homewood as Betty Meeks
Brenda Hahn of Lockport as Catherine Simms
Mike Manolakes of Bolingbrook as Owen Musser
George Skrobuton of Mokena as Ellard Simms
Damon Sloan of Morris Charlie Baker
Jonah Stachura-Shcneider of Plainfield as Staff Sergeant Froggy LeSueur

Combining a group of newcomers and old timers to The Joliet Drama Guild stage, audiences will cheer and laugh at the exploits of Charlie and his new friend.  Al Pindell and Christina Spiros are co-producers for this adventure and Tina Matriciano is serving as Stage Manager, Martin Jamison, Tom Novotny, and Maurice Williams have volunteered for running crew,  Al Pindell will be running lights, and Frank Hattula will be running sound.
